The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record in leadership roles, whether as a dental practice manager, lead nurse, or in a similar capacity. While experience with SDR and claims processes is a plus, it’s not a prerequisite.

Your Responsibilities
Monthly payroll
Monitoring and achievement of KPI’s
Producing financial and business reports
Working a 38 hour per week, Monday to Friday
Recruitment, retention and motivation of the team
Ensuring the efficient day to day management of the practice
Liaising with patients to ensure they receive the highest standard of care
Enabling good communication within the practice and holding regular team meetings

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have an active GDC registration, and at least 1 year of clinical experience.
As an Associate Dentist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients, including performing comprehensive exams, diagnosing dental conditions, developing treatment plans, and delivering restorative and cosmetic treatments.

Dental Nurse
We are seeking a skilled Dental Nurse to join our team and provide excellent patient care in our busy dental practice. As a Dental Nurse, you will work alongside our experienced dental professionals to support them in various procedures and treatments.
The ideal candidate would be a self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who is a positive team player with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
We also welcome people with no prior experience to join as a Trainee Dental Nurse, and full training will be provided for you to gain a qualification as part of your development. Trainee applicants must possess a minimum of three Grade C N5/GCSE’s or equivalent in English, Maths and Science as this is the requirement for the college course you will attend.
