A full set of dentures substitutes the lower and upper teeth. Dentures can also substitute either the lower or the upper teeth. Partial dentures substitute one or more missing teeth.
The cost of synthetic resin full upper and lower denture costs £213.80 (NHS fees as of March 2022). Please note that NHS fee structure is complex and varies considerably from patient to patient depending of the treatment required. If you are looking for high-end Valplast or metal chrome denture, it costs between £598 to £750 ( Fees as of March 2022).
