Frequently Asked Questions
We offer reasonable pricing health care plans, insurance packages based on financial conditions of clients.
01. When will I get my invite for routine appointment?
If you are a registered patient, your appointment is most likely scheduled in the months to come. You haven't heard about it because we only send text reminders two weeks before the appointment and a final reminder a day before the appointment.
We are aware that some of our patients have not been welcomed back into our practice yet, and we are making every effort to increase our capacity to accommodate those who were missed. If you are one of those patients, we apologise for the inconvenience and request that you get in touch with us via email at huntly@agdp.co.uk. However, if you are in pain, please do not hesitate to contact us immediately.
02. Are you accepting new NHS patients?
At the moment, we are NOT accepting any new NHS patients. If you wish to register with us, please submit the registration form to join our waiting list, and a member of our reception team will get in touch with you once we start accepting new patients.
As a mixed dental practice, we also offer a small number of private appointments for non-registered patients in need of urgent dental care. Our skilled dental team is capable of providing high-quality restorative and cosmetic treatments to all our registered and new patients. If you wish to book a private appointment, please get in touch with us.
03. Do you offer private cosmetic treatments?
Yes, as a mixed dental practice we can offer both NHS and private cosmetic treatments. Our dentists are Invisalign certified and can offer a wide range of aesthetic procedures such as implants, teeth whitening, premium crowns, and dentures, to name a few.
04. As a registered patient, who should I contact during out-of-hours dental emergency?
We ask that you call us immediately if you have a dental emergency during our business hours, and we will do our best to see you the same day if possible. We strive to see all emergency cases within 48 hours of their call so that any urgent concerns or pain can be addressed as soon as possible.
If you have a problem outside normal opening hours and during the weekend, please call NHS 24 at 111.
